Tunnel washes scrub with brushes that have already been over hundreds of cars, and the grit they pick up goes across your paint. That’s where most swirl marks come from. Here every car is washed by hand, the wheels get their own mitt, and we dry with microfibre.
From November to April that grit is salt, calcium and sand. Getting it off every week or two is the cheapest way to keep your paint.

Booking online holds a bay for you. Walk-ins are welcome when one is free.
Rinse and hand wash
We rinse the loose grit off first, then wash by hand from the roof down. Wheels get their own mitt so brake dust never touches the paint.
Hand dry
Microfibre towels, no air-dry, so you don’t drive off with water spots.
Inside
Express gets a quick vacuum and the windows. Signature gets the full interior: vacuum, dash, panels, jambs and inside glass.
Keys back
Express takes about 20 minutes on a sedan and Signature about 50. Bigger vehicles take a little longer; the table above has the times.

Express is for a car that’s dirty outside but fine inside. Once every week or two is enough for most cars.
Signature is for when the inside needs it too: crumbs, salt on the mats, dust on the dash.
If the inside needs more than a tidy, like stains, smells or pet hair, a wash won’t fix it. That’s a Prestige Interior detail.
If you come in twice a month or more, a Lux O Club membership costs less than paying per wash.

Washes are done at the shop only. The van does mobile detailing, not washes, because a proper wash needs the bay.
