The people behind LUXOPLUS
It started with two friends washing cars in driveways, one in Montreal and one in Laval. Now there’s a shop on Van Horne and a van that still makes house calls.

How it started
My name is Jefferson Noelville, and I own LUXOPLUS at 5300 Van Horne.
It started with a friend and me washing our families’ cars, at their homes or at ours. He lived in Laval and did clients at his place. I did clients at mine in Montreal. People saw us on Snapchat, working in front of someone’s house, and they kept telling us to make it a business. Our friends and our families pushed us too.
So we sat down together and asked ourselves: why not make it one company, and build from there?
After that, it caught fire. People on Snapchat and Instagram called us to wash their cars. We’ve done Mercedes-Maybachs and Rolls-Royce Cullinans, classic cars, and rarer ones like the Mercedes SLR McLaren.
At the start, people weren’t sure. A lot of people believe that running a business in Quebec is complicated. There are challenges, yes, but there are good sides too. Once people saw we were serious and determined, they really backed us. Friends who had their own businesses had us wash cars right in front of them. The support on Snapchat and Instagram was huge. I didn’t expect people to support us like that.

How we work
At your home or at the shop
We still do what we started with. If you’d rather stay home and keep the time with your family, the van comes to you. If you’re passing downtown or near Décarie, drive in to 5300 Van Horne for a hand wash or a detail.
Set steps, set times
Every service has its own list of steps and its own time, so you know what you’re getting and how long it takes before you book.
Same work, shop or driveway
The van carries its own water, power, steam and the same products we use in the shop. Mobile costs more because the van comes to you. The work is the same.
Every kind of car
Everyday cars, classics, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. They all get washed by hand and finished by hand.
